DCC PRIVACY POLICY

Press A and/or its affiliates(“we,” “our,” or “us”) may collect and process information about you(“user,” “player,” or “you”). This Privacy Policy(“Policy”) describes how we may collect, use and share information about you and how the information is protected. This policy applies to all our video games(“Game(s)”), official sites and services related to the Games(collectively, “Services”) unless otherwise specified by separate privacy policies.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1) Information you give us directly
We may collect information you provide us when using our Services, including customer services. Such information may include:

• Username, email, Steam ID64, PS5 ID, and purchase history;

• Information you provide when seeking help from us, such as your name, phone number, and records of the issues you experienced;

• Information you provide to participate in our events, contests, surveys; and

• Information you provide for delivering goods, such as email address, age, country of residence, phone number, etc.

2) Information about your use of our Services
We may collect information about your use of our Services and interactions with other users. This may include information about your gaming profile, gameplay, game performances, standard server log information, and additional information about how you use our services.
When you participate in social features (such as in-game chat), the information that you disclose is public information. We may store and access it, and it may be read, copied, collected or used by other users without your consent. Please make sure your privacy settings regarding social features reflect your preferences.
3) Information provided to us by third parties
We may receive information about you from third parties, such as valve Corporation, Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc., or other third party service providers.
Your use of third party platforms to play our Games indicates your consensus for transferring your information, which may include: platform-specific online ID, email address, country, language, friends lists, date of birth and other specific preferences. Please refer to each platform’s privacy policy for further information regarding the information they may share with us.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We primarily use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our Services. We may also use your information to respond to and resolve your questions and issues, provide technical support for our Games, conduct analyses to enhance and/or improve our Services, protect the security and integrity of our Services, contact you with information and promotional materials, as well as to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

• payment service providers to assist with payment for transactions;

• marketing platforms and providers of analytics services relating to player behavior to tailor our Services and to conduct marketing activities;

• online survey service providers in order to improve our Services;

• customer service providers to answer users’ inquiries;

• identity verification service providers in order to provide identity verification service; and

• real-time voice transmission platform providers to provide voice chat services.

We may share your information where such disclosure is essential to comply with a legal obligation or a lawful data access request, under a merger or acquisition, with our affiliates for the purposes described in this Policy.
We may also share your information as disclosed at the time of collection or under your consent.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We use various security measures, including encryption and de-identification, to protect and secure your information. We have established safety procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so. However, we will not be responsible for any problems that may arise despite those safety measures and procedures, such as your negligence or issues on the internet.
Please note that no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure and that the complete security of any information we collect and use, therefore cannot be guaranteed.
RETAINING AND DELETING PERSONAL INFORMATION
In principle, we will remove your personal information without delay after the purpose of collecting personal information is achieved. Personal information stored in physical form will be shredded or incinerated, and personal information stored electronically will be removed using technical measures so that the information cannot be reproduced. However, we may retain your personal information even after you have closed your account with us or we have ceased providing Services to you if retention of your personal information is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, cheating or abuse, or enforce this Policy or any other agreement we may have with a player.
OUR POLICY CONCERNING CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect, use or share any information about legal minors without verifiable parental consent or as permitted by applicable law and regulations. If you are a parent or a legal guardian and you believe your child has provided us with information, you request your child’s information to be deleted from our system by contacting us at: contact@pressa.co.kr
YOUR CONTROLS, CHOICES AND RIGHTS
We may offer you certain controls and choices regarding the information we collect and how your information is used and/or shared. These include the ability to change, delete, or update the information you have provided us, opt out of receiving notifications and internet-based ads or exercising your right to object to our use of your personal information.

While we do not discriminate against users for exercising their rights, however, some features and functions in our Services may change or no longer be available to you.
